Numene T. H. Bartekwa, Jr. is a contracting professional with more than 10 years of experience managing, negotiating, and executing high-value contracts across healthcare, government, and telecommunications sectors. Over the course of his career, he has led initiatives in contract lifecycle management, vendor negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. 

His academic background includes a Master of Studies in Law (Organizational Ethics & Compliance), an LL.M. in Business Law, an LL.B. in Law, and a BSc in Economics and Accounting—providing him with a strong legal, compliance, and financial foundation. 

Numene’s professional expertise directly supports the firm’s mission of simplifying complex immigration filings while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and care. His ability to bridge legal, operational, and strategic objectives aligns with the business value of Service First, ensuring that every client interaction is grounded in trust, precision, and transparency. 

Coupled with his lived experience as an immigrant, he is uniquely positioned to understand clients’ challenges and deliver solutions that are both effective and compassionate—making the firm a trusted partner in guiding individuals and families through important legal and regulatory processes.

Godson Daniel Gaflor, Sr.

Co-Founder & Partner

Godson Daniel Gaflor, Sr. brings over 12 years of professional experience spanning project management, healthcare, customer service advocacy, and corporate financial services. He has a proven track record of formulating issue-focused resolutions, analyzing complex legal documents and data, and applying mediation techniques to effectively address challenges.

Throughout his career, he has successfully developed and fostered strong professional relationships with cross-functional project teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders. His educational background includes but not limited to an MSc in Legal Studies, an MA in Advocacy and poliitical Leadership, and a BA in Mass Communication and Sociology. These have further strengthened his ability to thrive within client-focused environments.

With a deep commitment to service and advocacy, Godson combines strategic insight, strong communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver solutions that are efficient, practical, and client-centered.

His professional expertise, paired with his lived experience as an immigrant, aligns directly with the firm’s mission of putting Service First—ensuring every client receives guidance that is both effective and compassionate.
